Refund Policy
A credit comes back when the generation provider throws. It does not come back because the portrait looks wrong, odd, or unlike the photos.
Technical failure
Timeouts and rate limits are retried. If the run still fails, or the provider returns another error, the credits for that run are returned once. Uploaded photos are deleted on that failure too.
A safety rejection from the model is a failed run. The credit is returned. Upload different photos of adults if you want to try again.
No quality refund
We do not grade portraits. A result you do not like is still a completed run. The free preview exists so you can see the watermarked style before you pay.
The preview credit is not cash. It is one watermarked run on a new account.
Card refunds
A Stripe refund is a separate operator action. The webhook removes the granted credits in proportion to the refund, once per event. Replaying the event does not move the balance again.
Packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription to cancel. Email the owner address if a payment was charged and the credits never arrived.
